I’m  Norman Sullivan, lead pastor of Living Truth. I was born and raised in Pensacola, Florida. I have a B.A. in Economics from the University of West Florida and a Master of Divinity Degree from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. My wife Teresa and I have four adult children and five grandchildren (one of whom has already gone to heaven).  God gave me life experience as a store manager in the Tire Business for several years before He called me into full-time vocational ministry. God sent us out of the comfort of our local church to plant this church in the year 2000. Thus, I enjoy helping others get out of their comfort zone as well. Hi, my name is Matt Richards and I am the Student & Young Adults Pastor here at Living Truth. I grew up in Florence, Alabama and made Florida my home when I married my wife Paige in 2013. Today we have two boys who keep us on our toes and bring daily joy into our lives. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, going on adventures, woodworking, and cooking!  As I began serving in the local church in 2015 I also began my journey in seminary and in 2019 received a Masters in Christian Education from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. As a student pastor my goal is to equip and train our students to navigate the ever changing world they live in through a biblical worldview. My prayer is that as we seek to accomplish this goal students would be equipped to carry the gospel to their friends, family, and neighbors. As a Student Pastor my focus is ot only the youth of our church but also their parents. I believe to have a Student Ministry that pursues discipleship, we must also equip and train our parents. Hi, I’m Mark Bookout, Administrative Pastor at Living Truth Church. I grew up in Pensacola, and after several years serving in Alabama, my family and I are grateful to be back home. My wife, Shelby, and I have been married since 2008, and we have three daughters who keep us busy with school, sports, and life. We’re thankful for the opportunity to serve alongside the people of Living Truth and be part of what God is doing here. Previous pastoral experiences shaped my passion for helping ministries function with clarity, unity, and purpose. I’m a Liberty University graduate in Biblical and Theological Studies, and my heart is to support the people and teams God has placed in this church. I'm here to support our staff, equip our leaders, and help remove distractions so those who pour into others can do so effectively. Hello! I was born in Pensacola, FL, and graduated from Tate High School in 2016. I grew up in church with parents heavily involved serving in children’s ministry, and have always had a heart for students and children of all ages. One of my first jobs was teaching children, and before coming on staff at Living Truth, I worked alongside students at a local high school. I also started a photography business in 2019 and love getting to do that in addition to loving on the kids at LTC!
I married my husband, Gunter, in 2017 and we have three children together, Lauren Jane, Liam, and Landon. We started attending LTC in 2021 and have loved getting plugged into the community and getting to know families. We have found an incredible community of people who love The Lord and are passionate about discipleship at Living Truth, and we are so grateful to be a part. Hi, my name is Hillary Floyd, and I am the Worship Leader and Communications Director here at LTC! I grew up in Jay, Florida, and graduated from JHS in 2014. I attended the University of West Florida from 2014 to 2017 and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Professional Education. I have 7 years of experience teaching both in the elementary and secondary settings as a special education teacher here in Santa Rosa County. My husband, Jesse, and I got married in 2018, and we currently live in Milton. We had our son, Jonah, in April 2024. We have been attending LTC since 2022. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family, doing photography, and traveling. I am truly passionate about music and leading worship. I look forward to seeing all the amazing things that God will continue to do here at Living Truth and would love for you to come be part of it!
